Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective seals are still attached.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
